Panel saws

Cutting is one of the basic operations performed in the production of furniture components and complete pieces of furniture. This process is applied both to small elements as well as large beams or panels. Depending on the type and size of the material, different saws are used. For the largest surface elements, such as furniture boards, a panel saw is the best choice.

Used panel saws — efficiency and safety of work
A panel saw is characterized by a large work table or a special frame, the length of which exceeds the standard panel size and can reach up to 4300 mm.

Depending on the working surface layout—horizontal or vertical—it is possible to choose a machine adapted to the size of the workspace.

A vertical saw takes up less space but is less comfortable to operate and has some limitations. An alternative is a horizontal saw, where the working surface resembles a table. Both types are available in versions for single cuts or for cutting multiple elements simultaneously.

Panel saws are not cheap, so when purchasing one, it is worth considering a used machine. Wood processing with such equipment is just as efficient and safe as with a new machine.

Used models offer high precision, and full functionality is ensured through technical inspection. Used saws also come with a warranty. Machines differ in parameters such as:

• cutting height
• cutting length
• cutting depth
• main motor and scoring unit motor
• feed and return speed of the beam with clamps
